“New Hope #175″

Another new size – 12″ X 16″

This one doesn’t like being photographed at all.  Even the unretouched angled view seems “off” to me.  The original is  darker and has more contrast.

Auction starts tonight.

Night gets manipulated – Part 2 (photoset)

These photos were taken the same night as the last batch, but this portion consists of shots near ground level.  I focused mainly on a dead rose bush and a pair of mountain bikes.

4 new photo ACEOs & 2 other random things

Night gets manipulated (photoset)

These are all digitally-altered photos that I took around 4 a.m. a few weeks ago.  Sorry for the cryptic post title…I can’t sleep again.

Another breast painting – “New Hope #176″

“New Hope #176″

UPDATE
I will be offering very few 18″ X 24″ “New Hope” paintings in the auction format. This is one of them, so don’t miss out! This size will still be available in my eBay store at a fixed price – reasonable best offers considered. Smaller paintings and ACEOs will become the staple of [...]

I love fishing!

Caught 3 fish on my first outing of the season today – 2 nice-sized yellow perch and a little sunfish.  Here’s one of my lovely perch:

The fish weren’t biting after dark, but they were jumping.  I stayed until 10 p.m. (using lighted bobbers) then gave up once my line got tangled and I couldn’t see [...]

“New Hope #187″ & 3 breast-painted ACEOs

Happy fishing season everybody!
I’ll be bombarding this blog with fishing photos in the coming months, so please accept my apologies in advance.  I know you probably don’t care if I catch 7 bullhead, 3 sunfish, or one pathetic bass.  But fishing is my way to “get away from it all,” relax, and give me the [...]
