Took a field trip/trespassed with my cousin-in-law Wil’ to some sort of scrap yard or pipe shipping facility. Some photo editing was done to enhance these photos and especially bring out the various rust tones. Many more photos coming soon.

Somebody please explain…
…what’s the big deal with the ACEOs? It doesn’t bother me that they’re so popular, but I can’t understand why anyone would prefer a tiny ACEO over a full-sized “New Hope” painting. I realize that some of you are collectors, but have you seen the “New Hope” painting ending in half an hour? It’s frikkin’ [...]

Blog updates/contest over!
I’m pleased to report that my blog has received a mini-makeover, including a shiny new title courtesy of contest winner Nick Pratt. Congratulations, Nick! Several other entries were up for consideration, but they didn’t pass the “Google Test,” which is another way of saying someone already has a blog with the same title. “The Art [...]

Drawing with Light: 8-second-exposure (photoset)
These photos are straight from my camera…no editing at all!
Palm tree?
One damn fine-lookin’ butterfly!
Horse – front view?
Abstraction
You try writing your name backwards legibly in under 8 seconds! Had to do B&W since my light source was red and it made me look more evil than usual.

I'm an Internet-based (anxiety-ridden) abstract artist residing in Connecticut. I'm best known for my breast paintings, which I've been offering sporadically since 2001. You may also be familiar with my work with Koopa, the world's 1st professional painting turtle (now enjoying early retirement.) I'm currently spending lots of time creating photographs, beaded jewelry and poetry too! Check out some of the links on the top and sidebar, read some back posts, wander over to www.turtlekiss.com, and be sure to leave a comment if you have anything to add. Thanks for visiting!
