I took my dinghy out for a few hours of fishing on Saturday, and caught nothing except an excruciating sunburn. I don’t think the photo conveys the pain I’m feeling right now. Wear sunblock, people! The sun is evil and wants you to experience physical trauma.

I said in my “Dark Knight” review that I was going to watch “Brokeback Mountain,” and I have. I LOVED IT! What a beautiful movie, and Heath Ledger was again…amazing. I had no idea that he was such an exceptional actor. Before his death, I had absolutely no clue who he was.
I’m going to watch “Scent of a Woman” next because I’m the only person left in the world who hasn’t seen it. I already have it downloaded and plan on watching as soon as I finish my next post. I can’t sleep anyway due to the afforementioned sunburn.

try some white vinegar in a spray bottle on your sunburn. it helps take the sting out of it.
love ya,

Thanks for the suggestion! I don’t think I have any vinegar though. Haven’t dyed Easter eggs in years.
I figure if I stay awake long enough I’ll eventually fall asleep and wake up tan.
XOXO

Nes is going to LOVE peeling me…I kid you not, he’s already talking about it. I don’t know what his problem is…some sort of fascination with picking, popping, squeezing, scratching, and peeling things that just need to heal naturally.
